Director of Partner Success & Product Planning [2019-2021] Directed platform product strategy and partner enablement for Battle.net, Blizzard’s flagship player and developer ecosystem. Scaled the platform to support third-party content and drove cross-org alignment across Blizzard, Activision, and NetEase to deliver technically sound, revenue-generating, and player-centric integrations.
Senior Strategy & CX Leader [2011-2019] Led Blizzard’s global approach to player-facing operations, trust & safety architecture, and organizational strategy.
